It, the pulley being installed on engine Crank-Shaft, transmits rotation power to water pump. Alternaltor, A/con compressor etc via belt and absorbs rotation vibration of crank shaft in order to prevent its distortion of axle and minimaze noise. Viscous damper,being installed at the front portion of crank shaft inside of engine rotate with engine rotation. Inertia ring rotation movement inside of case and cover is converted to heat energy from losion vivration by silicone oil filled insed of cas and cover reducing its torsional vibration on crank shaft.
